Since all our neon signs are custom-made according to customer requirements, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
After verification, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
